Life
I am now on the USARMY Permanent Disability Retired List as a Sergeant Major. The fix that finished me was a cervical laminectomy that was done at Walter Reed. They removed the bacl of C2-C7 and replaced them with Luke bars and a spring mounted to my colarbone. I get around now with a cane as my third point of balance. I have been on Medicare for years,first receiving my medicare card onmy 45th birthday

y life, my wife Betty, is as wonderful as ever. My last two children are still in school. Joseph, my youngest, is an undergraduate at U of KY studying Latin and Greek. My older, John, is going to medical school at the University of Louisville. He went an extra semester as an undergraduate so on his graduation he received a BS in Chemistry and A BA in Biology. His grade point average was 4.0 and he was the highest at U of L.
